Returns Eligibility

Due to the intimate nature of our products, undergarments (including briefs, vests, and socks) are non-returnable and non-refundable once opened or used, for hygiene and safety reasons.

Returns or exchanges are only accepted if:

  • The item received is defective

  • The item is damaged during delivery

  • The wrong item was sent

 

Return Request Timeline

  • All return or replacement requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery

  • Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted

 

Condition of Items

To be eligible for a return or replacement:

  • The product must be unused and unwashed

  • Original packaging and tags must be intact

  • Proof of purchase is required

 

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Refund processing time: 7–10 business days

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error

 

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability

  • If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead
